They have helped thousands of companies nationwide secure their lien rights and more efficiently handle the complicated world of Lien Management.

CRFS had a legacy desktop application built in VB.NET initially for a small operation but with the increase in the business started posing a problem of scalability. They had looked at existing off the shelf solutions but found that none of them met their specific requirements.

CRFS required a technology partner who could understand their specific needs and have the technical expertise to build and support a solution that could meet their changing requirements. They were looking for someone with superlative technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and an ability to build a robust product based on the business requirements provided, while ensuring zero cost overruns.

The core functions of the application primarily focused on two critical aspects: efficient collections of accounts receivables and effective lien management. These functions served as the backbone of the application, ensuring streamlined financial operations and adherence to legal requirements in managing outstanding payments and potential liens.

For AR, the application helps in streamlining the process for suppliers of materials, labor, services, and tangible objects within the construction industry to facilitate the recovery of their payments. The platform allows for the efficient logging of payment requests, managing payments, and generating statements for accounts receivables, ensuring that suppliers can easily track and manage their financial transactions.

For the Lien management, the application offers comprehensive functionality for creating and managing the essential information needed to disseminate construction notices to all stakeholders involved in a construction project. These stakeholders encompass customers, owners, general contractors, legal entities, tenants, and designated legal representatives. Preliminary Notices can be requested via the system. The primary purpose of these notices is to establish and uphold the legal rights of the customers, enabling them to take proactive measures to safeguard their interests in compliance with the law. In addition to being able to track the progress of jobs online, an exact copy of the notice is stored in history allowing clients to reprint and maintain their own online electronic database. The application also enables the clients to create and print Lien Waivers from their computers for any job in the system, with a copy being stored in history for future retrieval.
